Hi, I'm Anie Ajamian — a product designer based in Los Angeles. I'm drawn to design that feels effortless: the kind you don't notice at first, because it just makes sense. I care about craft and detail, especially when they help build trust and make an experience feel intuitive, calm, and easy to move through.
I started in graphic and web design, focused on branding and marketing sites, before moving closer to product work. Several years inside early- and mid-stage startups, working end-to-end with founders, product, and engineering, changed how I design. It became less about a single polished screen and more about how a whole experience holds together under real constraints: legacy systems, franchise ownership, compliance, funding runway.
Since then I've focused on building product experiences grounded in real user needs and strong cross-functional collaboration, from small interaction details to system-level decisions. Today I work across product, brand, and systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, and I'm most energized turning messy, complex problems into something clear, usable, and human.
I also take on self-directed case studies, like the FitOn and Supper Club projects in my work, to keep pushing on problems I don't get paid to solve yet.
Outside of work, I love traveling, discovering new places and cultures, and spending time with my family. I'm also a bit obsessed with interiors and thoughtfully designed spaces. Whether it's a product, a hotel, or my own living room, I appreciate the little details that make an experience feel effortless and enjoyable.
